Fantastic value for money. Effectiveness is something you can’t verify in the short term, but if the nutritional information is as it says, then it’s a good product. I was looking for a basic multivitamin, nothing fancy, this is the one that best fit the quality/price/ composition. The first days I felt dizziness and cold sweats (WATCH OUT, this always happens to me with ALL multivitamins, no matter the brand, I’m taking this as a chance to see if someone can explain the reason or if it happens to anyone else since my GP just says "oh, that’s odd"), after a few days it normalized.
Calidad/Precio fantástica. La efectividad es algo que no se puede comprobar a corto plazo, pero vamos, si la información nutricional es la que dice ser pues es un buen producto. Buscaba un multivitaminico básico, nada especial, este es el que mejor se ajustaba a calidad/precio/compuesto. Los primeros días me daban mareos y sudores frios (OJO, esto siempre me pasa con TODOS los multivitamínicos sean de la marca que sean, aprovecho el comentario para ver si alguien me explica el motivo o si a alguien le sucede lo mismo ya que mi médico de cabecera solo acierta a decir "ah, que raro"), a los pocos días normal.
