I was very reluctant to these multivitamins, I didn't really notice anything, but after taking it for a couple of months, you notice the extra kick it gives you, especially if you work and study and then have to train.

Era muy reacio a estos multivitamínicos, no notaba nada la verdad, pero después de tomarlo durante un par de meses, se nota ese chute extra que te da, y mas si trabajas y estudias y después tienes que entrenar.
