In my case I didn't really notice it much, in the end it depends on each person and their nutritional needs and I always try to have a balanced diet so it must be because of that. The special multivitamin for men, for example, I haven't noticed it much more, also because it would adapt to what I'm looking for.

En mi caso no lo noté mucho realmente, al final depende de cada persona y de sus necesidades nutricionales y yo siempre trato de tener una dieta equilibrada así que debe de ser por eso.
