I like that it is in capsule form instead of tablet, that the dose is only one a day and you forget about it, and that it comes in dark packaging well protected from light, as it should be in these cases. I think that except for extreme or very deficient diets, as long as you incorporate fruit and vegetables normally, you don't need more.
Multivitamínico bastante completo. Me gusta que sea en cápsula en vez de tableta, que la dosis sea de sólo una al día y te olvidas, y que venga en envase oscuro bien protegido de la luz, como debe ser en éstos casos. Creo que salvo dietas extremas o muy deficitarias, a poco que incorpores fruta y verdura normalmente, no hace falta más.
