Very good

It was a gift within an order I placed and although I didn't exactly feel a change, the purpose of CLA is to mobilize more fat and although I don't use it in caloric deficit, perhaps at another time it would be much better.

Easy to take.

With its gelatin coating it is easy to swallow, at least for me who has a hard time with traditional pills, it is appreciated. At the moment I can't evaluate the benefits because I have just started this week but according to what I have read it has good benefits.

Good quality cla

CLA is known as a dietary supplement that helps with weight loss. I don't use it for that purpose but rather for glucose metabolism. So far I find it works well.

CLA est connu comme un complément alimentaire qui aide à perdre du poids. Je ne l'utilise pas pour ce but mais plutôt pour le métabolisme du glucose. pour le moment je trouve que ça fonctionne bien.
