It serves for definition, but does not work miracles.
CLA, it's pretty easy to take. I would take between 2-3 doses a day before or after meals and combine it with exercise and set aside l-carnitine l-tartrate powder. It helps you, but I don't notice a great effectiveness. I would not buy it again.
El CLA, es bastante fácil de tomar. Yo tomaba entre 2-3 dosis diarias antes o después de las comidas y lo combinaba con ejercicio y aparta la l-carnitina l-tartrato en polvo.
Te ayuda, pero no noto una gran efectividad. No volvería a comprarlo.
