As for the product is fine, there are 120 pearls and its dose is 1 per meal, 3 per day. A bottle of 120 pearls is enough for about 40 days. I have only been using it for 1 week, these things are impossible to know if they are really useful or not because you don't feel anything. But I imagine that it fulfills its function which is to reach the necessary omega 3 nutrients (it also has vitamin E and another little thing). The pearls are orange/yellow and of a somewhat large size, but they take well, no problem. But it is a bigger size than vitamins, tea or caffeine.
En cuanto a producto esta bien, son 120 perlas y su dosis es 1 por comida, 3 al día. Un bote de 120 perlas da para unos 40 días. Llevo solo 1 semana utilizándolo, estas cosas es imposible de saber si realmente son útiles o no porque no sientes nada. Pero imagino que cumple su función que es llegar a los nutrientes de omega 3 necesarios (también tiene vitamina E y otra cosilla mas). La perla son naranjas/amarillas y de un tamaño algo grande, pero se toman bien, ningún problema. Pero si que es un tamaño más grande que la de vitaminas, té o cafeína.
