I recommend

Although I don't notice anything, by eating little fish I know that it benefits me and that I get what I need. Easy to take, maybe the capsules are a bit big, but they are easy to swallow. I do not repeat them later.

Aunque no note nada, al comer poco pescado sé que me beneficia y que consigo lo que necesito. Fácil de tomar, quizá un pelin grandes las cápsulas, pero se tragan fácilmente. No me repiten luego.

Quality

Although they are quite large capsules, they take well and don't have a fishy aftertaste, they don't repeat. I haven't finished the first bottle yet, so I don't know if they will be doing the effect they should, but at least I know they are quality from what I have researched and the value for money is good, although one always wants a saving on supplements as they are very long term and are usually expensive.

Aunque son cápsulas bastante grandes, se toman bien y no tienen regusto a pescado, no se repiten. Aún no he terminado el primer bote, de modo que no sé si estarán haciendo el efecto que deben, pero al menos sé que son de calidad por lo que he investigado y la relación calidad-precio es buena, aunque una siempre desea un ahorro en los suplementos, ya que son a muy largo plazo y suelen ser caros.

Crazy

Essential in the diet, I think it is something that everyone should take daily for the heart and well being, it has also helped me a lot in the gym.

Very good and immediate effect

Since I've been taking it I rest better, easy to digest with water and without taste, highly recommended.
