There are many omega 3 in the market but yours with fish origin is the best, I take it 2 or 3 times a week to make up for the deficit in fish intake I am more of meat than fish and with this I supplement the deficit and I'm doing great also I have told family and friends.
Hay muchos omega 3 en el mercado pero el vuestro con origen de pescado es el mejor, yo lo tomo 2 o 3 veces a la semana para suplir el déficit en ingesta de pescado soy mas de carne que de pescado y con esto suplemento el déficit y me va genial además lo he comentado a familiares y amigos.
