I use Omega 3 for cholesterol control and I can tell you that it works for me, it's a must! I started using it after hearing and seeing a cardiologist on TV saying that he used it himself, this one from HSN is very good, although it has some size it is easy to take.

Good product, I have finally found an omega 3 that does not repeat. I am interested in its high percentages of EPA and DHA that help to supplement the diet. And I notice a slight increase in concentration.
