I buy it for my father and the truth is that he is happy. It is easy to take, it has no taste although it has a strange smell, but nothing else, all correct to bring to the right levels of Omega 3.

One of the supplements I can't do without. HSN Omega 3 is as good, cheap and effective as any other. I don't feel the fishy taste that other capsules leave. Very good.

Easy to consume capsules
