Good omega 3

I take Omega 3 almost continuously and I alternate between different ways of taking it. It is comfortable to take, it does not leave me with a fishy aftertaste and it has a good quality/price ratio.

Tomo Omega 3 casi de forma continuada y voy alternando unas y otras formas de tomarlo. Es cómoda de tomar, a mí no me deja regusto a pescado y tiene buena relación calidad y precio.

I had no problem using the capsules, neither by taste nor by size. A good point is that at least in my case, the capsules do not repeat the taste of the oil when I take them. Packaging easy to handle and with good presentation according to the product line of the brand.

No tuve ningún problema para usar las cápsulas, ni por sabor ni por tamaño. Bastante buen punto es que al menos en mi caso, las cápsulas no me repitan el sabor del aceite al tomarlas. Envase fácil de manipular y con buena presentación acorde a la línea de productos de la marca.
