Good and recommended.

I buy it mostly for my mother who doesn't want to eat a lot of fish and with it she completes the necessary amount of Omega 3 she needs.

For the price it is super good, and it shows. IFOS certified. It is safe and the taste is not noticeable as long as you don't have stomach problems.
