Very convenient format to take omega3. Be careful not to keep the capsule too long in your hand, they are made of gelatin and if it gets too hot it can break, better to keep them stored in the refrigerator.

...I recommend going for the ULTRA OMEGA-3 TG (IFOS), I'll take the ifos on my next order as you need fewer capsules daily because they are better dosed and don't necessarily cost more in the end.
