I do intermittent fasting and take it together with Cr to preserve muscle mass (following B. Bandera's opinion). My feeling is that it works perfectly. I have reached less than 9% fat mass without losing muscle mass and I believe that these are not isolated facts. Even so, I must say, the taste is lousy.
