The truth is that I have tried it and I notice the results, even though I only use 2 intakes (what is necessary for my body and weight) and on weekends I forget to take it. Of course, the taste is really bad. I combine 1 shot in powder form (since it is purer) and 1 shot in pills (to keep me going).
La verdad que lo he probado y noto los resultados, pese a que solo utilizo 2 tomas (lo necesario para mi cuerpo y peso) y los findes se me pasa tomármelo.
Eso sí, el sabor es tremendamente malo. Yo combino 1 toma en polvo (ya que es más puro) y 1 toma en pastillas (para aguantar el paso)

It is very bad but very good
I do intermittent fasting and take it together with Cr to preserve muscle mass (following B. Bandera's opinion). My feeling is that it works perfectly. I have reached less than 9% fat mass without losing muscle mass and I believe that these are not isolated facts. Even so, I must say, the taste is lousy.

Good product that I use combined with citrulline and creatine in my training plan, the only bad thing is the taste, very acidic and artificial I take it with a little bolero drink for flavor.
