I bought this vegetable rice protein to make pancakes and combine in smoothies. While it is true in smoothies, it dissolves well without creating lumps, but it does have a gritty feel to it. The taste is somewhat strong, but if you combine it with oat drink and bananas it is better tolerated. The digestibility is good, it does not give gas or a feeling of fullness.
