I used to take soy protein but it did not assimilate well and I switched to rice protein, I make the brown rice and oatmeal protein shake with a creamy cookie flavor, and it is very tasty.

Mixed with peas, good flavor.
I mix it in a 70% pea-30% rice ratio to supplement my diet, which is relatively low in protein. I also add 5 g of glutamine to improve intestinal health. The taste with water is not bad, reminiscent of a cereal.

I think it's worth it, especially on promotion. If you are concerned about the lower biological value of vegetable protein, you can consume more because it is much cheaper. Try adding pea protein
