Practical for the week
I use a pillbox (actually 3) so that I don't have to fetch the capsules from the jars every day: I do this once a week and then I use the pillbox, so it's very practical. I've taken one that's even smaller for when I'm out and about.
J'utilise un pilulier (en fait 3) pour m'éviter d'aller chaque jour chercher les gélules dans les pots : je le fais une fois par semaine et ensuite j'utilise le pilulier et c'est donc très pratique. J'en ai pris un qui est encore plus petit pour quand je suis en déplacement.
