As an extra protein and for satiety they are ideal
I have tried all the flavors and I think they are all good. They are perfect to take on a hike and have your protein intake assured or take as a snack on days when you have not reached the minimum protein intake and want to maintain the level of intake. The only point I would put as a regular is that they make me very thirsty, so when I take them for outings, I have to make sure to carry a little extra water.
He probado todos los sabores y todos me parecen buenos. Están perfectas para llevártelas a alguna caminata y tener tu aporte proteico asegurado o tomarlo como un aperitivo en días en los que por lo que has comido no llegas al mínimo de proteína y quieres mantener el nivel de ingesta.
El único punto que le pondría como regular es que me generan mucha sed, por lo que cuando las llevo para hacer salidas, he de asegurarme de cargar con un poco de agua extra.
