A good post-workout option or to replace a snack
I bought a bar (brownie flavor) and I have to say it's delicious. It takes you back to eating a large chocolate bar, almost guilt-free. It's satiating and 19g of protein in a 60g bar is fantastic. There's a good balance of carbohydrates and protein, the only downside is the amount of lipids, but when there's chocolate (cocoa), it's normal for the values to go up. As a substitute / alternative to an afternoon snack or post-workout, it's fantastic.

É saciante e 19g de proteína numa barra de 60g é fantástico. Existe um bom equilíbrio de hidratos e proteína, peca apenas pela quantidade de lípidos, mas quando existe chocolate (cacau), é normal os valores subirem. Como substituto / alternativa a um lanche da tarde ou como pós-treino, é fantástica.
