High price and with maltitol. If you suffer from stomach or digestive system, I advise you to avoid them. They bloat you too much. They are good as a snack or a sweet snack.

To eat during cycling outings
I have tested them on my bike rides during the break. They go in very well. They are not dense to eat and at least for me they have satiated me. I don't go into nutritional values, as I only take them from time to time. I really liked the brownie flavor. I have some peanut ones pending to try.

They are good tasting bars, but they are really just bars to treat yourself once in a while. I would not recommend them for daily consumption but to get out of the routine from time to time.
