Excellent reinforcement. They are very good and help when you are hungry. I do not recommend them for every day if you are on a diet, but it is an ideal complement. Especially if they are on sale at a very good price.

Very tasty, smooth texture and super fine and special cherry flavor, not cloying. No immediate satiety effect as others, I take them early in the morning before training and they work super well, plus with them I add my part of extra protein I need daily. They have a very nice and studied presentation, they make you want to eat them all. I love them and will continue to buy them.

No se nota efecto de saciedad inmediato como otras, la tomo por la mañana temprano antes del entrenamiento y me funcionan súper bien, además con ellas añado mi parte de proteína extra que necesito diaria. We basically use them to give us that boost we need to keep going when our strength wanes. They taste very good (the ones we like the most are the coconut ones) and are very satisfying. Highly recommended.
