The presentation is good but the rest of the characteristics do not convince me, the taste of all of them is not at all achieved, they have an earthy texture and then they have a too high content in proteins, fats and sweeteners so they can give gastrointestinal discomfort, so I do not recommend them as protein food, for that there are many better options.
La presentación es buena pero el resto de características no me convencen, el sabor de todas no está nada logrado, tienen una textura terrosa y luego tienen un contenido demasiado alto en proteínas, grasas y edulcorantes así que pueden dar molestias gastrointestinales, por lo que no las recomiendo como alimento proteico, para ello hay muchas mejores opciones.

I got the chocolate and strawberry bars as a gift. Both bars are very good, but the strawberry one is a bit better. They are not overly cloying and are perfect as a quick post-workout.
Me vinieron de regalo la de chocolate y la de fresa. Muy buenas las dos barritas, pero la de fresa es algo mejor. No son excesivamente empalagosas y son perfectas como un post-entreno rápido.
