Great taste, but a bit dense to carry in a race.
They taste great, are great as an anytime food as they are high in protein, but are too dense to take on a running race as they are best swallowed with water. They are too chewy for this purpose.
Tienen un sabor espectacular, son geniales como alimento a cualquier hora ya que tienen una alta carga en proteína, pero son demasiado densas para llevarlas en una carrera de running ya que para tragarlas es mejor utilizar agua. Se mastican demasiado para este propósito.
