I bought the creatine without any type of flavor since I am mixing it with the protein shakes and so far so good. It tastes absolutely nothing and I'm noticing more and more strength in my workouts. Since I have not been using it for a short time, I have not noticed any difference in my weight, but I guess I will end up noticing it. I recommend drinking a lot of water to dissolve everything well.

No sabe a absolutamente nada y cada vez voy notando más fuerza en mis entrenos. Al llevar poco tiempo usándola, no he notado diferencia respecto a mi peso, pero supongo que lo acabaré notando.
