I write above all so that if you do a blood test taking creatine you do not get a scare if they tell you that your kidneys are malfunctioning. When you take creatine, creatinine appears, which is an indicator of poor renal filtration. Escribo sobretodo para si os hacéis una analítica tomando creatina no os lleveis un susto si os dicen que vuestro riñones funciona mal. Al tomar creatina aparece creatinina que es indicador de mal filtrado renal. Decirle a vuestro médico que tomais creatina y si os sigue diciendo que tenéis mal el riñon, cambiar de médico.
