I tried creatine monohydrate (not creapure) before and I didn't notice much difference between the two, but having the Creapure certification gives me more security and the difference in money is not so much.
De no tomar creatina a tomarla es un mundo. Te ves más grande, rindes más y sobretodo yo he notado menor intensidad en las agujetas después de sesiones duras de entrenamiento. Probé antes la creatina monohidrato (no creapure) y no termino de notar mucho la diferencia entre ambas, pero teniendo la certificación Creapure me da más seguridad y no es tanta la diferencia en dinero.
