Very good texture. I take it with my pre-workout and it dissolves well. No taste. It does not alter or stimulate negatively. I have noticed the change since I started taking it months ago. My workouts and endurance have improved significantly. If your blood test shows elevated creatine values, tell your doctor about the type of sports practice you follow and that you take this supplement, because unless they are very very exaggerated values, it is quite normal and common for them to be elevated.
Textura muy buena. La tomo junto con el pre entreno y disuelve bien. Sin sabor. No altera ni estimula negativamente. Si he notado el cambio desde que empecé a tomarla hace meses. Mis entrenos y resistencia han mejorado notablemente. Si en la analítica os salen los valores de la creatina elevados, avisad al doctor/a del tipo de práctica deportiva que se sigue y de que se toma este suplemento, pues excepto que sean valores muy muy exagerados, es bastante normal y habitual que sean elevados.
