I have been using regular creatine monohydrate for many years, but this time I decided to use this one. It worked well for me just like the other one that I have been using for several years in my strength training to be more efficient and recover better between sets. It has a great quality and price and is perhaps along with the whey what I would recommend the most. At least as a basic for those who have a training routine of 4-5 days per week to recover better. I recommend taking it mixed with the shake because its flavor and texture (like any brand) may not please everyone and so you do not realize.
Suelo utilizar la creatina monohidrato normal desde hace muchos años aunque en esta ocasión me decidí por esta. Me funcionó bien igual que la otra que llevo varios años utilizándola en mis entrenos de fuerza para ser más eficiente y recuperar mejor entre series. Tiene una gran calidad precio y quizás sea junto a la whey lo que más recomendaría. Al menos como básico a quien tenga una rutina de entrenamiento de 4-5 días por semana para poder recuperarse mejor. Recomiendo tomarla mezclada con el batido pues su sabor y textura (como cualquier marca) puede no agradar a todo el mundo y así no te das cuenta.
