i gave a wrong opinion, it is true that some mg does not coincide exactly with the nutritional value that we read when we order but i think that both by weight and flavors may vary a little...i hope so. the protein is the best...and i am so far happy with hsn. we all have bad moments and rages and sometimes we rush. sorry for my previous opinion. best regards.
