This protein is very rich and digestive. I switched to the isolated one because the other one was too heavy for me. I take it with semi-skimmed milk after training. At the moment my favorites are the chocolate and cookie and the caramel. The cheesecake with berries tastes like a frigopie and it's not bad for a change either.
Esta proteína es muy rica y digestiva. Cambié a la aislada porque la otra se me hacía muy pesada. La tomo con leche semidesnatada después de entrenar.
