I take this product mainly in the mornings, accompanied with hsn oat flakes and milk. I chose it for the white chocolate and lemon flavor, and the mix is spectacular! for post-workout I use the hydrolyzed protein because it digests a little better and I always train in the afternoon (so I don't get to bed too heavy).
