Highly recommended. It dilutes great in both water and milk, I have tried two flavors: vanilla and strawberry-banana. I have to say that if I have to stay with one is the vanilla because it is not usually a flavor that you get tired quickly, however the strawberry-banana despite being very good I ended up loathing it.
