Find your taste
For me it was quite difficult to take protein powder because of the flavors, the truth is that you have to find yours, in my case the custard one has pleasantly surprised me but others like the dark chocolate with hazelnut I did not end up loving. So little by little I will have to try more flavors to find the ideal one. As for texture, it does not leave lumps.
