I like the vanilla one better
It dissolves very well, without lumps. The chocolate and cookies flavor is too sweet for me, but the vanilla is great. I don't find it heavy. The effectiveness is difficult to evaluate, I guess we will have to try a little harder.

I usually buy the vanilla one for porridge and the double chocolate one for milkshakes with water or milk and I add frozen blueberries. The texture is very silky. I am happy and I usually repeat.
