The flavors are the best I've tried, in my case, the custard flavor seems brutal. It dissolves very easily in both water and milk. To put a but the packaging, that when you open and close it a few times, it always ends up breaking, the format in a jar if I think it's better. Otherwise this protein is my favorite.
