I got a dose as a gift with the sack of protein, tiramisu flavor, was it good? This is something subjective and personal, each one will have an opinion, I find it was great, if you've been taking it for 1 month it starts to overwhelm you? Well, I have no idea, it is likely but that shake was really good, questioning whether it is effective or not, it is complicated because I had only 1 dose, if it is of the same quality as the bag that accompanied it, which I do not doubt, the quality is not bad at all, it has helped me to put on a little weight, which is what I wanted.
Me vino una dosis de regalo con el saco de proteína, sabor tiramisú, estaba bueno? Esto es algo subjetivo y personal, cada uno opinará, yo encuentro que estaba buenísimo, que a la que lleves tomando 1 mes te empiece a agobiar? Pues ni idea, es probable pero ese batido estaba bueno de verdad, cuestionar si es efectiva o no, igual es complicado porque tenía 1 dosis sólo, si es de la misma calidad que el saco al que acompañaba, que no lo dudo, la calidad no es mala en absoluto, a mí me ha servido para engordar un poco que es lo que quería.

I think it's a good choice. I've tasted the vanilla 7/10, and the cookie 10/10. I got hooked on the cookie flavor. I think the quality/price is great, the texture is good too (both make a smoothie and make a creamy topping with the whey). I would love it if they had the white chocolate flavor (only) and to return to the promotions where they offer several samples with different flavors.
