Great!
(Banoffee Flavor) I use it as a post strength training shake, and the truth is that it is great. There are times when I take it as a shake, and I put less water per scoop because the flavor is more successful. It tastes more like banana than banofee as it advertises, it lacks that point of dulce de leche, but this is personal. Sometimes I mix it with oat porridge (I cook the oatmeal and then add the protein scoop and a half or a sliced banana) and then yes, with this... I touch the sky. It's delicious. The amount of protein it contains is great!!! and I do notice it in time, in muscle tone (I do not become the Hulk) but I am a "hulkita" the sea of contentment.
(Sabor Banoffee) Lo utilizo como post entreno de fuerza, y la verdad es que es genial. Hay veces que lo tomo como batido, y le pongo menor cantidad de agua por cacillo (scoop) ya que el sabor está más logrado. Me sabe más a plátano que a banofee como anuncia, le falta ese punto de dulce de leche, pero esto es personal.
A veces lo mezclo con el porridge de avena (Cuezo la avena y luego le añado el scoop de proteína y medio o un plátano cortado a rodajas) y entonces si, con esto... toco el cielo. Está buenísimo.
La cantidad de proteínas que lleva me va estupenda!! y si que lo noto en el tiempo, en el tono muscular (no me convierto en Hulk) pero si soy una "hulkita" la mar de contenta.
