Rich and effective
It fulfills what it is, a good quality protein with a good amino acid profile. The white chocolate coconut one is very good with milk. One scoop has almost 3g (2.8g) of leucine which is the amount needed to promote protein synthesis in a meal. If you mix it with 200-300ml milk you already exceed that amount so protein synthesis is guaranteed.
Cumple con lo que es, una proteína de buena calidad y buen perfil de aminoácidos. La de chocolate blanco con coco está muy buena con la leche. Un cazo tiene casi 3g (2.8g) de leucina que es la cantidad necesaria para promover la síntesis proteica en una comida. Si lo mezclas con 200-300ml leche ya sobrepasas esa cantidad por lo cual la síntesis proteica está garantizada.
