The product is very good, the flavor is very good; the bad thing is the zipper of the bag, as in other powder products, you have to take everything out of the bag to prepare the dose comfortably.

Amino acids 12:1:1 ratio for after training seems to me a good choice in terms of quality-price. The cherry flavor could be improved, but it's not bad... It dissolves very well.
