The truth is that the product works but the apple flavor is disgusting, no one can swallow it with a smile on his mouth. or with juice or nothing. I'll get another flavor next time to see how it goes.

When it comes to beat it with the water that indicates a lot of powder, but I have put more water and well, the watermelon flavor has not pleased me at all and that the watermelon flavor is my top in everything.

Very happy with my purchase. The blue raspberry flavor is good but I would have liked it to be more concentrated as I find it a bit soft.

Fresh and fast way to recover.
I use it after very demanding strength training. The smell and taste are very good, nothing annoying. Good solubility and I recommend it especially if you are going to perform strength training or long duration. As for value for money, it is much more cost-effective than buying post-workout drinks. The format is convenient and practical to take with you. I recommend it in watermelon flavor.
Lo uso después de entrenamientos muy exigentes de fuerza. El olor y sabor muy conseguidos, nada molestos. De solubilidad buena y lo aconsejo sobretodo si vas a realizar un entrenamiento de fuerza o de larga duración. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, sale mucho más rentable que comprar bebidas post-entrenos. El formato es cómodo y práctico para llevarlo contigo. Lo recomiendo en sabor sandía.
