Very good

I have been taking it for a few months and it has worked wonders for me. I usually use it with anabolic dessert recipes and the result is far superior to when I use Whey. I also use it at night before going to bed and it is very easy to digest.

Tengo algunos meses tomándolo y me ha ido de maravilla. Por lo general lo uso con recetas de postres anabólicos y el resultado es muy superior a cuando uso Whey. También lo uso en las noches antes de ir a la cama y resulta muy fácil de digerir.

Poor dissolution

It is the first time I buy casein, I don't know if they are all like this but the dissolution is not good. The taste (cappuccino) is good.

Spectacular

I mix it with a little milk to make a custard-like dessert and it is delicious. It is more satisfying than a milkshake when taken with a spoon and it is slow to digest. I recommend it to take at night and kill the craving. I have tried the chocolate, banana and cappuccino flavors and all three are very good, although my favorite is the chocolate.

Lo junto con un poco de leche para hacer un postre tipo natillas y está buenísimo. Sacia más que un batido al tomarlo con cuchara y al ser de digestión lenta. Lo recomiendo para tomar por las noches y matar el gusanillo. He probado los sabores de chocolate, plátano y capuchino y los tres están muy buenos, aunque mi favorito es el de chocolate.
