Perfect powder for concentration and to suppress hunger. Works around 4 hours after 30 minutes of ingestion. The dose is always stated too low - most of the time. I'm leveled at 3 grams per serving and it rocks :-) Best to level off carefully with the dosage until the right effect arrives IMPORTANT ! Always take with food, then it works better than without eating!
