Efficacy at correct doses
MSM as well as other joint health products make sense only if you know how to use them and if you tolerate them at the effective dosages. It is not enough to take little or no of it chronically, you have to do high attack doses and then maintain, the taste is tremendous and you have to tolerate it. Excellent in combination with Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin, for which the same applies.
MSM così come altri prodotti per la salute articolare hanno senso solo se li sapete usare e se li tollerate ai dosaggi efficaci. Non basta assumerne poco o niente in cronico, bisogna fare dosi elevate di attacco e poi mantenere, il sapore è tremendo e lo dovete tollerare. Eccellente in combinazione con Glucosamina solfato e condroitina, per le quali vale stesso discorso.

I bought it thinking it would do the same function as Evoflex and it has nothing to do with it. I recommend Evoflex for joints rather than spending money on this one.
