This is wonderful. I used to take L carnitine before and during the gym and it worked well for me. Then I became a mother and it has been the hardest physical and mental endurance work I have ever experienced. I would not have made it without these capsules. -Please do not take if you breastfeed or breast milk. They are magic, they act fast, they don't give you the typical nervousness that makes you feel like you're climbing the walls...just energy and good vibes.
