Evoburn - Discover the classic from HSN
Evoburn from SportSeries is a vegetable capsule dietary supplement, developed from a combination of scientifically studied compounds (caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds). It's a high‑quality formula with a considerable stimulant load, derived from its more than 200 mg of caffeine, which makes Evoburn the star product during the day, but not suitable for the night.
The Evoburn formula is one of the first brand-specific formulas launched on the market, and it has accompanied the definitional stages of all fitness enthusiasts since 2013; during this time, we have been learning and updating with the latest published scientific evidence, and Evoburn, during its more than 10 years of life, has evolved as science uncovered consistent evidence of new interesting compounds.
A balanced composition
Contains compounds backed by scientific evidence
The importance of a dietary supplement containing scientifically backed compounds lies in the product’s safety. Ingredients that have undergone scientific studies provide confidence and support for users that the product is not based on popular preconceptions. Moreover, these compounds have been evaluated for safety, which means we know what amounts can be used to balance safety and quality.
At HSN we use only quality ingredients for the development of our formulas, and of course, Evoburn wasn’t going to be an exception. Using quality compounds lets us provide you with clear, evidence‑based information about Evoburn, adding great value for someone interested in buying the product because it helps you make an informed purchase, not one based on unjustified marketing. In a market full of options, we prioritize transparency and scientific evidence as crucial factors to develop a product with the standards we require to be a 'HSN formula,' our quality and the positive reviews from all users who trust us support us.
Try Evoburn and discover a quality formula.
With standardized plant extracts
The standardization of herbal extracts to their characteristic phytochemical constituents is crucial to guarantee consistency and quality of the product. This standardization means the extract contains a specific and consistent amount of the compounds responsible for its physiological effects. Without this standardization, the levels of these compounds can vary significantly between batches, resulting in inconsistent products. By using standardized extracts, like the ones we use in Evoburn, you can be sure you’ll always get a consistent intake, essential to achieve the desired nutritional results.
Knowing the standardization of the extracts used, something we achieve thanks to the excellent quality control of the raw materials we use, we can choose the best dose to use for each of the compounds selected for Evoburn, so we choose the safe contribution guaranteed.

High caffeine content from different sources
Evoburn is a formula with stimulants, these stimulants are caffeine as the fundamental alkaloid, containing, a total daily dose of the product, of 6 vegetable capsules: +200 mg of caffeine.
From this total contribution, a relevant part is anhydrous caffeine, sourced from purified natural caffeine from green coffee beans, but added in pure form to adjust the amounts to the stimulant contribution we were seeking with our product.
The rest of the caffeine is naturally present in plant extracts with stimulant alkaloids that are part of Evoburn’s formula:
- Guaraná.
- Green tea.
- Yerba mate.
A balanced caffeine contribution, with a significant but adjusted stimulant load. Evoburn isn’t a supplement focused solely on delivering a very high caffeine dose; Evoburn goes much further and thus doesn’t need mega‑doses of caffeine.
With sinefrine, theobromine and more well‑known compounds
Evoburn contains different compounds that are known for their properties in formulas of this type, and many of these compounds are naturally present in the plant extracts contained in the formula, for example:
| Compound | Origin |
| Guaranine | Guaraná |
| Capsaicin | Cayenne |
| Polyphenols and catechins | Green tea |
| Matein | Yerba mate |
| P-Sinefrina | S-Acid orange |
| Theobromine | Cocoa |
| Salicina | White willow |
| Naringin | Grapefruit |
| Piperine | Black pepper |
All these natural origin compounds are important contributions to Evoburn’s formula properties.
Besides other compounds that have been added specifically in purified presentations to complete the HSN formula:
- L‑Carnitine L‑Tartrate (2:1).
A quality formula: Learn its properties
The properties of Evoburn’s components make it a standout formula, since:
- Contributes to lipid metabolism (property associated with green tea).
- Helps regulate fat metabolism (thanks to Coleus forskohlii).
And during definition training season, the caffeine it contains contributes to the increase in endurance during exercise (as long as you consume 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before physical exercise), helping to extend the training time.
Daily dose split into several servings, why?
Dividing intake into several doses throughout the day is a strategy to maintain steady levels of ingredients in the body.
When you take a large dose all at once, it can cause a rapid and high rise in blood levels of these compounds, followed by a pronounced drop. This results in peaks and troughs, which can reduce benefits over the day and lead to higher amounts of compounds in one go, potentially affecting more sensitive people to stimulants, for example due to high levels in a short period.
We have developed Evoburn’s intake in smaller doses throughout the day to allow a more sustained intake of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps maintain a more stable level of these compounds, optimizing it and thus avoiding the consumption of large amounts of certain compounds at one time.
Also, taking them separately allows a more constant intake of the different product components, keeping levels more constant in the body.
We recommend the last dose before 6:00 p.m. to avoid interference with rest.
Stimulating ingredients and night use, is it possible?
Products with stimulants don’t mix well with sleep and rest.
It’s important to take the last dose of stimulants at least 6 hours before sleep to avoid interference with rest. Stimulants, like caffeine and other compounds present in Evoburn, such as theobromine, can raise alertness, which is beneficial during the day but problematic when it comes to sleep. If taken too close to bedtime, these compounds can make it hard to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality, leading to inadequate rest.
Given the importance of rest for physical and psychological well‑being, it’s advisable to avoid using compounds that may interfere with it, so Evoburn is ideal for daytime takes, up to about mid‑afternoon; and you can continue using a similar formula during night hours with Evoburn Sin Estimulantes. Perfectly compatible with the use of Evoburn classic.

Is Evoburn safe? I’ve never used it
Evoburn is a completely safe dietary supplement at the daily recommended dose for healthy individuals.
Just keep in mind that due to its caffeine content it isn’t recommended for children or for pregnant women, nor during lactation.
Does Evoburn have side effects?
Caffeine has a characteristically stimulating effect, which is the most identifying and positive feature of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning that after a certain amount it can cause an excess activation that manifests as anxiety.
People more sensitive to caffeine’s effects can use its caffeine‑free version.
Can I take more Evoburn than recommended?
It isn’t necessary or recommended.
The daily recommended Evoburn dose is sufficient to enjoy all its properties, regardless of factors such as body weight or the fat percentage a person has or wants to reach.
Can I use Evoburn while fasting? And before cardio?
Yes, just keep in mind that the effects of stimulants while fasting are more noticeable and intense.
You can use Evoburn both while fasting and before training, and before training while fasting.
Note that taking capsules on an empty stomach can be strong for those with digestive sensitivity, especially in the case of Evoburn due to the pungent compounds characteristic of the cayenne extract it contains; if you experience any digestive discomfort, we recommend taking the product with food to avoid this effect.
Can I use Evoburn even if I’m not training for definition?
Caffeine has properties beyond the effects sought with Evoburn, in fact it’s a positive agent for sport performance and improves focus and alertness when consumed at doses of at least 75 mg.
So it isn’t exclusively usable for definition, but to take advantage of those effects it’s better to:
How many days do I need to rest from Evoburn usage? Can I use it all year?
After reviews of the latest scientific studies published regarding caffeine, we have updated our recommendations.
