It works if you accompany it with good habits
We had lost the routine at home, between work and family issues, we needed a push to resume and we asked HSN for advice. We are noticing changes, and quite fast (from a certain age it is difficult) we take 2 on an empty stomach and two at mid-morning, we do not take the one in the afternoon because we usually have sleep problems; we rest the intake 2 consecutive days. We understand that the result is due to the combination of the capsules and the recovery of good habits accompanied by the constancy or simply psychological, I do not know, the case that we have kept it because whatever it is we are seeing results...
Habíamos perdido en casa la rutina, entre temas laborales y familiares, necesitabamos un empujón para retomar y pedimos asesoramiento a HSN. Estamos notando cambios, y bastante rápido (a partir de cierta edad cuesta) tomamos 2 en ayunas y dos a media mañana, el de por la tarde no lo tomamos porque solemos tener problemas de sueño; descansamos la toma 2 días consecutivos.
Entendemos que el resultado es por la combinación de las capsulas y la recuperación de unos buenos hábitos acompados de la constancia o simplemente psicológico, no lo se, el caso que lo hemos mantenido porque sea lo que sea estamos viendo resultados..
