I noticed it aesthetically, they help to remove water and make you look drier. I tried the same ones before but without stimulants and I'll keep those, as they gave me a burning sensation when I consumed them. Other than that, they are fine. They work.

Almost perfect
It recommends taking two pills three times a day with meals. The problem is that when it was time to train I didn't notice anything so I did my experiments like with other products when I don't see results or I don't notice the effects. I tried taking three pills twice a day, one of them before training. Another way, the six before training. In these two ways if I noticed the differences but it has been under my responsibility and without exceeding the recommended daily dose.
Recomienda tomar dos pastillas tres veces al día con las comidas. El problema es que a la hora de entrenar no notaba nada así que hice mis experimentos como con otros productos cuando no veo resultados o no noto los efectos. Probé con tomar tres pastillas dos veces al día, una de ellas antes de entrenar. Otra forma, las seis antes del entreno. De estas dos formas si notaba las diferencias pero ha sido bajo mi responsabilidad y sin sobrepasar la dosis diaria recomendada.
