Effective but a bit expensive
The truth is that I find it a bit expensive although it gives you energy for training (half an hour / an hour before) although I doubt if with a coffee it would have the same effect. At the moment I'm taking half the dose, since the first day the two in the afternoon before training activated me too much and then I couldn't sleep. Be careful if caffeine activates you too much!!!!
La verdad que me parece un poco caro aunque te da energía para el entreno (media/una hora antes) aunque dudo si con un café haría el mismo efecto. De momento estoy tomando la mitad de dosis, puesto que el primer día las dos de por la tarde antes de entrenar me activaron demasiado y después no podía dormir. Ojo si la cafeína os activa demasiado!!!!

I haven't noticed much
The packaging is fine, with enough capsules for a definition, but for my part I have not noticed much more than to alter me with caffeine, brings a high dose, but I have not noticed a high fat burning. The capsules also if you have a dry throat it sticks to the throat and can start to digest in the throat and mess up your day with burning and very strong flavors. It is fine if you need to stay awake or if you need energy for the gym.
El envase está bien, con capsulas suficientes para una definición, pero por mi parte no he notado mucho mas que la de alterarme con la cafeína, trae una dosis elevada, pero no he notado una quema de grasa elevada.
Las capsulas además si tienes la garganta un poco seca se queda pegada a la garganta y se puede empezar a digerir en la garganta y liarte el día con ardores y sabores muy fuertes.
Esta bien si necesitas estar despierto o si necesitas energía para el gym.

As a complement it works
As the other reviews say, with good diet and exercise you can see results, if you want to avoid problems with caffeine I recommend alternating the doses with (in the morning) and without (in the afternoon).
Igual que dicen las otras reviews, acompañando de buena dieta y ejercicio se ven resultados, si se quiere evitar problemas con la cafeina recomiendo alternar las dosis con (por la mañana) y sin (por la tarde).
