I can't say if they are effective or not, but I recommend taking them after eating, as I used to get a stomach ache if I took them without eating anything.
No sabría decir si son efectivas o no pero recomiendo tomarlas después de comer ya que a mi me dolía el estomago si las tomaba sin comer nada.

Eat something before taking this, if you do not start to burn the pit of your stomach and it is at least an hour of discomfort, you have to take between 3-6 capsules a day that I see a lot of shots. For me, it did not make me sleepy and I did not notice any unusual heat or energy.
