I have not noticed anything
I bought it because bisglycinate is supposed to be better for rest, but I haven't noticed anything, in fact it was hard to sleep. Curiously, magnesium citrate does make me sleepy, to the point of falling asleep shortly after taking it (approx. 30 minutes).

Good supplement
Since I started taking this magnesium bisglycinate, I have noticed less fatigue and less muscle tension. Also, it does not cause me any stomach upset like other types of magnesium. Highly recommended.

For cortisol
I have taken several presentations of magnesium and lately I am taking threonate (I take this opportunity to suggest HSN to market this variant), but I read that bisglycinate is one of the most effective to reduce cortisol. Logically it is something gradual that does not happen from one day to the next, so here I am confident of getting results :)

Solved my problem with cramps and palpitations in my face.
